Shameless
The object of this site is not to be some nicey-nicey fan girl Bebo page dedicated to covering the same Boosh-related topics over and over again with the same gushing by new-nu-rave-styled pre-teens. The title, Shameless, is intended to explain the site’s motif. This site will include up-to-date news stories, ventures and photos of the femme fatal half of the Mighty Boosh along with (unprofessional and unsolicited) commentary, totally random personal musings and utterly bogus fashion trend updates. Shameless!
But let me begin by saying, in all earnestness, that I consider Noel Fielding to be a completely creative and comical genius. I am not swayed by the many critics who “don’t get” his style or the naysayers or those who criticize his rapid rise to a certain version of superstardom* (after BBC3 finally picked up the show). In my opinion, Noel is genuinely talented and I am a fan. Keep this in mind while reading all of the dross on this site.
The primary purpose of this site is to provide the Noel Fielding fan with a relevant and non-static fan site. I haven’t found any fan sites that stray too far from my description above (of bebo pages and pages that don’t specialize in Noel). Granted, I’m pretty simple and might just be missing them in my google searches. However, this is also for my own entertainment, as I’m a very bored child with a lot of time on my hands. Take it all with a grain of salt in other words.
